The SA/SA/85 brings together the EMG 85 which is a pickup with a lot of power, exceptional timbre, and versatility. This model's alnico V magnets provide fierce snarls and precise solos, so it can play from blues to extreme metal.
Although traditionally used in the arm position, make no mistake, the EMG 85 sounds great in the bridge position thanks to its feeling and accuracy, along with two single coil pickups equipped with Alnico V magnets in both arm and middle positions. This combination gives musicians an extremely versatile setup. Once you have decided the system you want, it can be assembled all or partially depending on your guitar and the sound you want. Like all EMGs, these pickups use a solderless wiring system, allowing you to easily change your pickups at any time.

The set comes with a 5-position selector switch and EMG's solder-free system, which allows easy and quick switching of pickups.
